Whew. It might be sparse around here for a bit,
This is the first time i'll be moving out of my house, let alone 6,000 miles away.

Any extra positive thoughts and vibes your all could send.. i'd really appreciate

ReplyDeleteEnjoy the nature of this place and that is for free, will you make a Hawaiian quilt?
ReplyDeleteWowzers, now that is a doozy! And now I feel extra bad that I was bugging you about your Swoon. ;-) I'm curious, how does one move to Hawaii? Do you actually ship stuff over (furniture, etc.)? Maybe I'll come visit. haha
ReplyDeleteoh how cool is that?? And there's at least one great little quilt shop on Maui. I suppose eventually you'll get tired of umbrellas in your drinks, but I bet it takes a while! ;-)
ReplyDeleteNow that's a big one!! So exciting! Good luck with the move and try not to stress too much!
ReplyDeleteWow, that sounds amazing! Good luck with the move, I can't offer any advice though I'm afraid, I swore to never move again after last time!
ReplyDeleteWOW!!! Now that is a move, girl! Good for you and I hope that everything goes smoothly with the move. Enjoy this new stage of your life. How much fabric/sewing supplies are you taking with you?
ReplyDeleteOooh lucky! I see by the pictures that you've been to Hawaii, so you know all the good stuff you're in for. Stephen and I are lucky enough to have been to Oahu twice, because his mom and stepdad lived there for a few years. I absolutely loved cleaning up after dinner and heading out with lawn chairs to watch the sun set at this hidden beach right across from their neighborhood. I hope you take the time to let life slow down over there, and enjoy all the amazing experiences! :)
ReplyDeleteHawaii Wowweeee!! What an adventure!! Thoughts and prayers ascend for your safety and good ole fun.
ReplyDeleteTake very good care.
Always, Queenie
Wow what a great place to be moving to! What made you choose Hawaii? =D
ReplyDeleteOoh, enjoy! My bee mate Alli is from Hawaii, and she's super nice, try dropping her a line if you have any local questions: http://www.morepleasethankyou.com/byazoo/

We went there for vacation last year...best place ever. I found a quilt shop while I was there and made a mini-Hawaiian quilt! Can't wait to see your posts about your adventure!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteI just found your blog. It's very refreshing and I love to see younger people quilting. I'm in my early 30s and I don't know anyone that quilts. I hope your move went smoothly. My family and I just moved out of the country, so I know what you are going through! I look forward to reading more!
